Hey guys,

Just an update. I had the entire top end of the motor rebuilt. Brand new intake, bigger fuel injectors, new coil packs, replaced all the censors (MAP, MAF, Throttle, Knock, and a few others) new seals, new radiator. A bunch of stuff the car didn't really need, but figured it couldn't hurt. To top it off I had a new (used with 55k miles on it) transmission with shift kit installed.

This ran me $980. If you live in the Cincinnati area then I can not recommend JE...

Hi fellow bloggers. Just thought I would take the time to announce my project that I am working on as of late.

A few months ago I came across a 4th gen bird for $650. It had a blown head gasket and a stripped transmission and body damage to the drivers side door, and rear quarter panel.



My plan for this car is to create a 4th gen Knight 3000, or what I would have considered to be the next generation...
